We are Jeff and Sarah, passionate dog lovers and food lovers who share our lives with our beloved dogs, Thyme and Iryk Chervil. Our love for the outdoors fuels our adventures, and we find joy in exploring new trails and embarking on journeys in our trusted Vanagon, Ullr. Whenever possible, we hit the road, exploring new places and the great trails, food, and culture they have to offer.

From our Colorado roots, our path has taken us across the mountain west (Wyoming, Idaho and now our Montana home), and we have cherished every step along the way.
We have had the fortune of living in diverse landscapes and vibrant communities, and they all play a part in shaping our story and influence our culinary vision.

Our approach is chef-inspired and value-oriented, ensuring each dish celebrates both creativity and affordability.
